Padel Mania Summer Camp – Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

  1. All bookings must be made through the Padel Mania booking system.
  2. A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.
  3. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed until payment is complete.
  4. Padel Mania reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking where necessary.

2. Participant Eligibility

  1. Summer camps are open to children within the advertised age groups.
  2. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that the participant is suitable for the camp and is physically able to take part in sporting activities.
  3. Any medical conditions, allergies, learning needs or behavioural requirements must be disclosed at the time of booking.

3. Medical Information

  1. Parents or guardians must provide accurate emergency contact details.
  2. Padel Mania staff may administer basic first aid where appropriate.
  3. In the event of an emergency, Padel Mania may seek medical treatment if a parent or guardian cannot be contacted immediately. Any associated medical costs remain the responsibility of the parent or guardian.

4. Cancellations by Parents

  1. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the camp start date will receive a full refund, less any applicable booking or payment processing fees.
  2. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the camp start date will receive a 50% refund.
  3. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 7 days of the camp start date, non-attendance, late arrival or early collection.
  4. Booking transfers may be offered at Padel Mania's discretion, subject to availability.

5. Cancellation by Padel Mania

  1. Padel Mania reserves the right to cancel or reschedule camps due to insufficient numbers, severe weather, venue issues or circumstances beyond our control.
  2. If a camp is cancelled by Padel Mania, customers will be offered either:
  • A full refund; or
  • A transfer to another available camp.

6. Attendance

  1. Parents are responsible for ensuring children arrive and are collected at the advertised times.
  2. Children must be signed in and signed out by a parent, guardian or authorised adult.
  3. Repeated late collection may incur additional charges.

7. Behaviour

  1. Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, staff and fellow players.
  2. Bullying, abusive language, dangerous behaviour or repeated disruption will not be tolerated.
  3. Padel Mania reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour places themselves or others at risk. In such cases no refund will be provided.

8. Clothing & Equipment

  1. Participants should wear suitable sports clothing and non-marking sports footwear.
  2. Players should bring:
  • A refillable water bottle
  • Suitable sun protection
  • Snacks (if required)
  1. Padel equipment will be provided unless otherwise stated.

9. Photography & Video

  1. Padel Mania may take photographs or videos during camp for coaching, promotional or social media purposes.
  2. Parents may opt out of photography by notifying Padel Mania before the camp begins.
  3. Images will be used responsibly and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

10. Personal Belongings

  1. Participants are responsible for their own belongings.
  2. Padel Mania accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property.

11. Health & Safety

  1. Participants must follow all coaching and safety instructions.
  2. Anyone showing symptoms of a contagious illness should not attend camp.
  3. Padel Mania reserves the right to refuse attendance where participation could pose a health or safety risk.

12. Liability

  1. While reasonable care will be taken at all times, participation in sporting activities carries an inherent risk of injury.
  2. By booking, parents or guardians acknowledge these risks and agree that participation is at their own risk.
  3. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

13. Data Protection

  1. Personal information will only be used for administering bookings, safeguarding, emergency contact and communicating about Padel Mania activities.
  2. Information will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.

14. Changes to Bookings

Padel Mania reserves the right to amend session times, coaching staff, venues or activities where reasonably necessary. Customers will be informed of any significant changes as soon as practicable.

15. Acceptance

By completing a booking, the parent or legal guardian confirms that:

  • They have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
  • The information provided is accurate.
  • They have authority to book on behalf of the participant.
  • They consent to the participant taking part in camp activities.
